Dr. Lewis is currently the Division Chief of Podiatry in the Department of Orthopedics at Carroll Hospital.
Dr. Lewis was instrumental in having this bill passed by the House (132-) and Senate (46-1) with multiple testimonies given in Annapolis. This allows qualified and trained podiatrists to be able to perform surgical management of acute ankle fractures.
